Superwise solutions include:
- Model observability: Monitor Machine Learning models in production to detect and resolve integrity, drift, performance, bias, and explainability issues. It ensures that the models are performing as expected and that they are not biassed against certain groups of people.
- AI performance management: Measure the performance of ML models over time. It identifies areas where the models can be improved and make sure that they are meeting business goals like customer journey, vendor evaluation or corporate innovation.
- Bias detection: Identify and mitigate bias in ML models. This is important because bias can lead to unfair decisions being made, such as denying loans to people of colour or gender.
- Explainability: It explains how the ML models make decisions. This helps to understand why the models are making certain decisions and make sure that they are making decisions that are aligned with business goals.
