13. Applicable Law
- These Terms will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the Courts of England and Wales will normally be where any legal proceedings should be brought, except that if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland. Until the end of the UK’s transition period from the EU, some disputes may be suitable for online resolution via the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform.

Please check this page from time to time for any changes, as they are binding on you upon your first use of the Service after the changes have been introduced.
