THE CHALLENGE
Banks Need a Better Way to Discovery Vendors
Innovation teams, tech scouts, and business leaders all face the same roadblocks.

Long Vendor Discovery
and Onboarding Cycles
Weeks (or months) to identify, meet, and validate a single vendor.

Fragmented Discovery
No structured way to find and compare solutions in context.

Too Much Noise
Thousands of vendors, endless outreach, no clear signal.
Vendors Need a Better Way to Connect to Decision Makers
Vendors, sales teams, and business representatives all face the same struggle.

Low ROI on Conferences
Big conferences offer buzz – not business-aligned outcomes.

Siloed Efforts
Tech, procurement, and business teams often operate in parallel, not in sync.

Internal Misalignment
Business, tech, and compliance teams struggle to get on the same page when evaluating new solutions.
THE SOLUTION
Curated demos. Real problems. Committed buyers.
X-Tracks are curated, problem-led demo days where top fintechs pitch live to pre-committed buyers -
bringing a sharper, outcome-focused edge to the traditional demo format.

Thematic
Focus
Each X-Track zeroes in on a key topic like Generative AI, Claims, ESG, or Embedded Finance - aligned to strategic enterprise challenges.

Curated
Vendors
No spray-and-pray pitching. We hand-select vendors from our ecosystem who can demonstrate real capability, not just talk.

Live Product Demos
Real product walkthroughs. No slides, no fluff - just what the technology can actually do.

Enterprise Engagement
Institutions join with specific problem statements, enabling structured follow-ups post-event through the NayaOne platform.
