Key responsibilities
- Business partnerships: Collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders across the business to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
- Budgeting and forecasting: Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process to ensure accurate financial planning and performance tracking.
- Reporting and KPIs: Design and maintain comprehensive reporting systems to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
- Financial data analysis: Analyse financial data and organise it into accessible reports using key metrics to support strategic planning and operational decisions.
- Scenario modelling: Support senior finance stakeholders in scenario modelling for strategic investments and key projects.
- Revenue recognition and cost analysis: Oversee the delivery of revenue recognition, cost analysis, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations for the group.
- Broader finance support: Assist across the broader finance function, contributing to both business-as-usual (BAU) activities and special projects.
Qualifications and experience
- At least 1 year of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Analytics, or Business Partnering.
- Proficiency in Excel with intermediate to strong skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly and concisely.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
