# How to add a SaaS Sandpit

**How to set up, configure and launch your SaaS Sandpit.**

This article is for adding a Sandpit to an existing Project. It's a different process if you're [proposing a Project](https://nayaone.com/lou0lh9x2qkjngmo3lq4nz09dxorxnzcz51dpqp8/projects/how-propose-project).

## How to add a SaaS Sandpit

1. Click **Projects**in the sidebar:

2. Click to open the **Project**where you want to add a Sandpit
3. Click **+Add Sandpit**:

4. Add the Fintech for the Sandpit (or click **Skip**if you haven't chosen the Fintech):

5. Click **Choose Sandpit type**, select **SaaS Sandpit**, click **Next**:

6. Enter a Sandpit **name**and click **Add Sandpit**:

7. The SaaS Sandpit now appears in your Sandpit **list**:

## How to configure a SaaS Sandpit

1. Click **Sandpits**:

2. Click the Sandpit you've created
3. Click **Settings**:

4. Add the **SaaS login URL** with the full **protocol**, such as https://www.

5. Click **+Add new role**:

6. Add **roles**and **logins** for people using your Sandpit
   Login credentials get shared with the SaaS, so passwords work when launching the Sandpit
7. Click to **copy**their password if you want to store the details:

## How to launch a SaaS Sandpit

1. Open the Sandpit you've created
2. Click **Launch SaaS environment**:

3. **Login**using the credentials created when you configured the Sandpit ([Step 5 of configuring)](#configure):
