# Due diligence with Fintechs

**Due diligence happens when your platform is being created.**

We ask the Fintech to complete a series of questions. These define whether your Sandpit can be launched with the Fintech.

To **view the due diligence questions**:

1. Click **Fintechs**:

2. Select the **Fintech**you want to check
3. Click the **Details**tab:

4. Click **Due diligence** to view the questions completed by the Fintech:

5. Depending on your configuration, **incomplete questions** may mean Sandpits can't be launched
