# User roles

**You can change users' roles, invite new users, and activate or deactivate their roles.**

## How to view users

Click **Users**in the sidebar:

You can switch between users on the **platform**, **external**collaborators, and **invited**users:

## Different role permissions

### Admins

| **Section** | **Permissions** |
| --- | --- |
| Marketplace | • Full access to the Marketplace, technology provider listings, Datasets |
| Projects | • Full access to all Projects on the platform • Able to create, update, approve all Projects |
| Sandpits | • Able to create, manage, launch all Sandpits on the platform • Able to invite and approve Fintechs to Sandpits. • Able to evaluate tech providers within Sandpits |
| Users | • Admins can manage all platform users |
| Admin portal | • Admins can create Business Units, KPIs for use in Projects, and view activity logs |
| Dashboard | • Admins can view the Dashboard |

### Users

| **Section** | **Permissions** |
| --- | --- |
| Marketplace | • Full access to the Marketplace, technology provider listings, Datasets |
| Projects | • Full access only to Projects on the platform that the user is part of • Can propose Projects and update Project details |
| Sandpits | • Can create, update and launch Sandpits for Projects they're part of • Can invite and approve Fintechs to Sandpits for Projects they're part of • Can evaluate tech providers within Sandpit for Projects they're part of |
| Dashboard | • Users can view the Dashboard |

### External Fintech users

| **Section** | **Permissions** |
| --- | --- |
| Marketplace | • Can view and manage their own listing only • Can update/complete due diligence questions |
| Projects | • No access to overall Project • Can see Project description and milestones inside their Sandpit |
| Sandpits | • Can launch Sandpits they're part of • Can view KPIs set • Can't view scores given for evaluation |

### External collaborators

| **Section** | **Permissions** |
| --- | --- |
| Marketplace | • No access to Marketplace |
| Projects | • No access to Projects |
| Sandpits | • Can launch, view and evaluate Sandpits they're part of |

## How to edit user roles

You can assign and change the Business Unit:

You can also **change**their role and click the **three dots** to **activate**or **deactivate**:

## How to invite new users

Click **+Invite new** and enter their work email address:
